Your children, your ageing parents… how each one is doing, on a single page

Whoever keeps their diary in GlucoBeat can give you read-only access. From your account you see how each person in your family is doing, each meal with its response and what repeats, and you take their report to the appointment. LibreLinkUp alerts you; GlucoBeat shows you the evolution and what goes with it.

Your children

A son or daughter with type 1 diabetes. From your own account you see how they are doing, each meal with its response and what repeats, and you prepare the appointment with their one-page report.

  • If they are under 16, the account is theirs but you manage it (mother, father or guardian), and from yours you follow them.
  • The doses they log show with their time, and each meal says whether a dose or exercise was nearby. GlucoBeat never suggests doses.
  • When they grow up, the access is theirs: they keep it open or take it away whenever they want.

Your ageing parents

A father or mother with type 2 diabetes, often far away. Medication as an event and reminders on their own phone; from your account you see whether the week was better or worse, without calling every day.

  • Time in range and comparison with the previous period: at a glance, whether the week was better or worse.
  • Their one-page report for the check-up, downloaded from their statistics.
  • If they don't get on with the phone, someone in the family connects LibreLinkUp once; after that it syncs on its own.

How access works

The person gives you access, decides how long it lasts and can take it away whenever they want. You only look.

Access given by the person themselves

Whoever shares decides who, for how long and whether to include their AI analyses. They can revoke it whenever they want and always see who looked.

Read-only, by design

You can never add, change or delete anything in someone else's diary. What you see is what they logged.

Their one-page report

From their statistics you download their report for any period: standard figures at the top, what repeats in their diary below. For the appointment.

Labels and private notes

“Mum”, “Lucía”… and your notes on each person, which only you see.

What you see of each person

The Following page, as it is: one card per person with their latest reading, their last 24 hours, their week's time in range and your notes. Example data. GlucoBeat does not alert on values: the sensor and its app do that.

Everything you need to understand yourself

Share without losing control

Give read-only access to family or your doctor, for as long as you want. Revoke it any time.

A report for your appointment

One page: time in range, variability, GMI and AGP at the top; what repeats in your diary below. Free, to take to your doctor.

Don't forget your medication

Daily, weekly or fortnightly reminders, at the time you choose. And tapping the notification opens the entry ready to go: all you do is save it.

Your type, your rules

Type 1, type 2 or no diabetes: the app adapts events, targets and texts to you.

Statistics that matter

Time in range, variability, GMI, lows, AGP profile and comparison with the previous period.

Clear charts

Your day, week and month with zoom. Target range, colour zones, shaded sleep and every event in its place.

What GlucoBeat does not do

  • It does not alert on lows or highs and does not work in real time: that is what the sensor and LibreLinkUp are for. GlucoBeat is for seeing the evolution and what goes with it.
  • It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, give doses or change any treatment.
  • It does not let you write in someone else's diary: only look.

Frequently asked questions

Can I follow a minor?

Yes. If they are under 16, their account is managed by their mother, father or legal guardian, and from your own account you follow them like anyone else.

How many people can I follow?

Everyone who gives you access: there is no limit. Each has their own card in Following.

Does the person I follow have to pay?

No. The diary, statistics, report and sharing are free forever. The paid plans only raise the AI limits of whoever keeps the diary.

What do I see and what don't I?

You see their charts, statistics, events and, if they include them, their AI analyses. You don't see their settings and you can't change anything. Every time you look it is on the record and the person sees it.

What if my father or mother doesn't use the phone?

Someone in the family creates the account and connects LibreLinkUp once. After that the readings arrive on their own and you see them from yours.

Start with one person

Create your account, ask that person to share their diary with you and look at their next week. Free for both of you.
