No diabetes, but curious about your glucose
If you wear a sensor to know yourself better, GlucoBeat helps you relate what you eat, how much you move and how you sleep to what your glucose does. No clinical vocabulary and no telling you what to do.
What it shows you
The “tracking only” profile takes insulin and medication out of the way and uses a narrower default target range (70–140), which you can change.
Every meal, with its rise
How much you rose, when the peak came and how long it took to come back, for every meal you log. And the repeated ones, with median, range and n.
Exercise and sleep on the same timeline
You see whether short nights or afternoon exercise go with changes in your curve. Associations in your data, not causes.
How would eating this affect me?
Before eating, what happened in your diary with similar meals and, if you want, an AI estimate with a range, written for someone without diabetes.
A one-page report
Your figures for the period and what repeats in your diary, in case you want to discuss it with whoever looks after you.
What it looks like in the app
A day with the tracking range (70–140), your latest meals with their rise and the ones you repeat. Example data.

Everything you need to understand yourself
Clear charts
Your day, week and month with zoom. Target range, colour zones, shaded sleep and every event in its place.
Statistics that matter
Time in range, variability, GMI, lows, AGP profile and comparison with the previous period.
Your usual response
The same dish, seven times: median rise, usual range, time to peak and what changed the times you walked afterwards. With its n and its confidence.
How would this affect me?
Type what you fancy: first what happened in your diary with similar meals and, if you want, an AI estimate with a range and what tends to make a difference.
A report for your appointment
One page: time in range, variability, GMI and AGP at the top; what repeats in your diary below. Free, to take to your doctor.
Works with no connection
In a restaurant with no signal you can still log what you eat: it's kept on your phone and uploaded on its own as soon as you're back online. And if you add GlucoBeat to your home screen, it opens instantly, like any other app.

What GlucoBeat does not do
- It does not diagnose anything or tell you whether your values are “good” or “bad”. If something catches your eye, discuss it with a professional.
- It does not alert on values and does not work in real time: your sensor and its app do that. GlucoBeat shows you the evolution and what goes with it.
- It does not predict: every figure describes what happened in your data, with how many times it was seen, in what range and with what confidence.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a sensor?
It is what makes tracking without diabetes useful: with FreeStyle Libre the readings arrive on their own and every meal is measured in full. Without a sensor, you can log readings by hand.
Which range does it use?
By default 70–140 mg/dL for the tracking profile. You change it in Settings if whoever looks after you suggests another.
Will the AI talk to me about diabetes?
No. With the tracking profile, the AI talks about everyday metabolic health, without treatment vocabulary, and suggests seeing someone if something is clearly unusual.
How much does it cost?
The diary, charts, statistics, usual response, report and sharing are free forever. The paid plans widen the limits, such as those of the AI or experiments.
